This also applies to special
non-building certificates such as communication towers, moving
permits, mobile home permits and temporary work authorizations.
The two part form gives
the applicant a formal copy of the certificate. The perforated
bottom half is for your records. Any other agencies needing
hard copies of your permits receive "mini-permits" which are printed
list style to save on paper costs and volume.
Eliminate This Mess
All certificates use a single form. Since all reports are self-formatting, no forms or special
titles are required, as a global header automatically
inserts your city and department on every publication. If you
wish to add special report subtitles, you may still do so from the Report
Menu.
