Summary
Any complaint that is called in is
automatically aged with a timer. CSM then automatically creates three
pre-formatted letters for code compliance notification to the customer. The
software grades each subsequent letter in terms of response.
Work orders or inspection data sheets are created
automatically for any complaint. One may automatically call up a list of
complaints not rectified or closed out. No complaints can slip by
unacknowledged. If the complaint requires City and/or Parish participation
such as an inspection or investigation, you may automatically promote any
complaint into a Work Order for further processing and inter-departmental
routing.
An optional ordinance module holds all pertinent ordinances in the
Customer Service system plus contact persons, departments of inquiry, phone
numbers and ordinance quotes which are then automatically inserted into the
compliance notification letters.
